MORE ABOUT US
Mediation is a form of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and at Family & Workplace Mediation we make use of a process facilitated by a neutral 3rd party. Our mediators are knowledgeable in the fields of negotiation, law and psychology.
The mediation approach is designed to produce legally binding settlements, that are traditional quicker, attract lower fees and are mutually beneficial to all parties involved. With mediation, you are looking at preferential court days and while this process does not require a lawyer, parties can still have legal counsel.

MEDIATION
WHAT IS MEDIATION

It is a holistic approach built on the cornerstones for confidentiality, impartiality, inclusivity and is 100% voluntary. The approach enables the parties to resolve their differences and arrive at a mutually acceptable solution to a legal problem with the help of a neutral 3rd party mediator.
WHY MEDIATE

Mediation in either family law or workplace mediations can help you discover the real issues within the relationship or the workplace. During the process of information-sharing parties can better understand common interests. Once the process of discovery has taken place the parties can craft a personalised solution to the issues at hand.
THE MEDIATION PROCESS

As the mediation process is collaborative and the solution that is arrived at has been designed by all parties involved, this process has a higher success rate and defaulting or going back on the agreement is rare.
